Team Rocket is the third set in the Base Series and a landmark release that introduced the iconic Dark Pokemon mechanic to the TCG in April 2000. This set remains highly sought after by collectors due to its villain-themed design, nostalgic appeal, and the scarcity of high-grade copies that have survived over two decades. The set's popularity is evidenced by consistently strong pricing across its rare holographic cards, particularly the Dark evolutions of beloved Pokemon.
