The McDonald's Collection 2016 is a promotional set of 12 cards released in August 2016 as part of a McDonald's Happy Meal campaign, making it a limited distribution release with significant scarcity. This set captures early Generation cards with special promotional artwork and has become highly collectible due to its restricted print run and McDonald's exclusivity. Collectors should note that these cards command premium prices relative to their standard counterparts due to rarity and nostalgia appeal.

Investment Outlook Bullish Extreme scarcity from the McDonald's promotional channel and strong collector demand for complete promotional sets continue to drive prices upward.

Reprint Risk Low McDonald's promotional sets are rarely reprinted, and this specific 2016 collection maintains exclusivity as a time-locked release.
